This morning the president of the Council of Ministers, Salvador del Solar, supported before the Congress of the Republic of Peru the question of confidence requested by the congress to approve the political reform. This must be, without a doubt, the most difficult debate that the Congress of the Republic of Peru has had to face, because, if they reject confidence in the Council of Ministers, the ministers will have to resign, however, the Peruvian Congress it would be constitutionally dissolved. On the other hand, if granted, the executive would have carte blanche to carry out a reform that has clearly been obstructed since the Congress of the Republic.
