Video games that enhance professional skills

Many times we have criticized video games for being distracting elements for the growth of children, but they have been thinking that there are games of this type that allow to enhance professional skills and that many companies use them today.

Next, the UPC (Peruvian University of Sciences) presents you with a list of the most representative games:

Fortnite

This video game released in 2017 created by Epic Games. Currently 250 thousand people in the world play it, they are on platforms such as Xbox, Play Station, PC, Android and IOS.

It is a video game that belongs to the online Battle Arena genre, launched on July 9, 2013. It is one of the most popular games worldwide, more than 34 million dollars distributed The International 2019 event in China. The highest paid player is Saahil Now and earns $ 2,862,896.47.

Lego

Belonging to the toy company of Denmark and recognized worldwide for its plastic blocks that can be joined to assemble various figures.

The word LEGO comes from the Danish “Leg godt” which means “play well.” This company has been a leader in the toy industry for 87 years. In 2018, it invoiced 597 million dollars.

Fun fact: The Peruvian University of Applied Sciences (Peru) uses LEGO to teach agile methodologies since in its version of Lego Serious Play (LSP), ideas and proposals can be communicated in a 3D format, making it more visual and entertaining.
